We had our own proprietary die made and are working with a private manufacturer who CNC machines both sides of the aluminum extrusion before anodizing. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We are always trying to improve our products whenever possible and we managed to make the aluminum extrusions that work with our table saw fence system even better!

The ones on top of the fence are 5/16” if I recall correctly. For your sac fence, assuming you use 3/4” material, then a 3/4” long 1/4” hex bolt counterbored will fit perfectly. Edit: forgot to add, for some reason the 1/4” t-bolts I have won’t fit in the R4512 fence slots, although they work in Rockler’s universal t-track just fine. The A t-slots are for mounting fence accessories like board buddies, fence featerboards and shop made jigs. The A t-slots take a standard 1/4' hex head bolt or 1/4' t-bolt.

This flush-mounted T-Slot Track is 3/8' deep x 3/4' wide. T-Slot Tracks are available in three lengths and are designed to be mounted flush to the work surface. This keeps the work surface clear of obstructions when not in use. Great for workbenches, bandsaws, hold down jigs, drill presses and table saws. T-track T-slot Router Table Fence Table Saw Aluminum Slot 300mm. This300mm aluminum T track slot can be used with aluminum sliding slab and block which is widely used in woodworking router table, fence, sliding shelves, DIY tools and other industrial and non-industrial field. The T-slot extrusions will fit a standard 3/4' miter slot, our miter slot extrusion, or a 3/8' × 3/4' dado. They have a central V-groove for ease of drilling, and the outside surfaces are fluted to provide a strong mechanical lock when glued. Made in Canada by Veritas, they are anodized for wear resistance and to prevent oxidation.

We do not manufacture aluminum extrusions, but we offer them to our customers as an added convenience for those that don’t want to shop for their own. VERY IMPORTANT
If you want to shop on your own for an extrusion to work with our VerySuperCool T-Square Fence system make sure
1) The extrusion has t-slotted channels to accept sliding t-nuts and bolts We recommend getting an extrusion with slots on all sides.
2) The extrusion width must be at least 1.5 inches or 40mm wide
The height and the length of the extrusion can vary, but the width is important because you do not want any interference between the plane of the table saw top and the fence.
